Optimism in 2010
The prospect of both construction and fabrication service sectors in 2010 has indicated a recovery following its downturn due to the impact of the global crisis. Optimistically, PT Swadaya Graha has been giving its best efforts to take every single opportunity in numerous domestic prospects through its participation in a number of bidding processes.
Adopting a principle philosophy ‘Trustworthy in Excellence’ and a slogan ‘Reliable Partner in Construction’, PT Swadaya Graha successfully commenced its business operation in 2010 by achieving some work contracts from some prominent customers. They included PT Gudang Garam of Kediri, PT Semen Tonasa of South Sulawesi, PT Petrokimia Gresik of East Java and some others. The above granted work contracts are two work packages from PT Petrokomia Gresik, including; Opartimizing Conveying System to Plant 1 and KLC Warehouse Projects. In South Sulawesi, PT Swadaya Graha, again, will take part in the projects of PT Semen Tonasa. The granted work package contract is for Pile Cap Volume 1 (Kiln, Pre-heater, and Silo) to Tonasa V plant. For PT Swadaya Graha, this work will certainly become a very good moment to give its best services to PT Semen Tonasa, since it is necessary to inform that, a couple of years ago, PT Swadaya Graha succeeded to prove itself as the main partner for the construction projects of PT Semen Tonasa’s cement making plant as well as warehouse from 1997 to 1998 and Pomala project in 2005.
The good partnership running for more than twelve years with PT Gudang Garam has enabled PT Swadaya Graha to win the company’s trust again to execute SKT Warehouse Renovation project as well as its necessary infrastructures in Kartasura. The above-achieved contracts during the very early months of 2010 are expectedly able to motivate the company to win many more work contracts in the future in order to either reach or over-reach the determined targets of the year. Besides, they are also able to trigger the company’s internal business process improvements through information technology-based system development, so that PT Swadaya Graha can devote its best services to the clients.
